We ship The Sufi Store orders across India. This page explains when your order leaves us, how long delivery takes and what it costs. All prices on our website include GST.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
  • For orders below ₹999, a delivery charge applies. It is calculated at checkout by our courier partner Shiprocket, based on your pincode and the weight of your parcel.
  • The shipping charge, if any, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time

We dispatch confirmed orders within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also see your orders on the My Account page. For help, WhatsApp us at +91 96950 17813 with your order number.

Delivery address

Please check your name, full address, pin code and phone number before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay delivery or cause it to fail.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner and resolve it promptly.
